Lottie Moon Christmas Offering 2025:

A Call to Reach the Unreached Southern Baptists will unite in a special Week of Prayer for International Missions from November 30 to December 7, 2025, culminating in the annual Lottie Moon Christmas Offering (LMCO). Each Sunday in December you will have the opportunity to give to the Lottie Moon Offering, more details below. This year's national goal is $210 million, a testament to the ongoing commitment to address the world's greatest problem: lostness. The 2025 theme is "Together".

Since 1888, the LMCO has been a vital force in sending and supporting missionaries globally. One hundred percent of every dollar given to the offering directly funds the International Mission Board (IMB) missionaries and their work on the field, ensuring the gospel reaches the over 2.8 billion people who currently have little or no access to it.

The Power of Prayer and Giving

The week of prayer is a time for churches and individuals to focus on the specific needs of International Mission Board missionaries serving around the world. Daily stories and prayer points help connect Southern Baptists with the real people on the front lines of missions, from urban centers to remote villages. This unified prayer support "holds the rope" for those serving in difficult and often dangerous places, a practice inspired by the legacy of Lottie Moon herself.

Your gifts provide essential resources, including Cultural access and security, medical care, ministry tools and support, Funding for new church plants and disciple-making efforts.

Honoring Lottie Moon's Legacy

Lottie Moon was a tireless missionary in China who dedicated nearly 40 years of her life to making disciples and multiplying churches. Her life of "radical obedience" and her persistent calls for Southern Baptists to support international missions led to the creation of this annual offering. Today, her legacy lives on as Southern Baptists work towards a vision of a multitude from every language, people, tribe, and nation worshiping Jesus Christ. The IMB has set a goal to send 500 new missionaries by the year 2025, and the LMCO is crucial to achieving this.

How You Can Get Involved

  • Pray: Join Southern Baptists in praying for international missionaries from November 30–December 7, 2025.
  • Give: Contribute generously to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering. Every dollar makes an eternal difference. Donations can be made by using the pink envelopes in the pew. Please write on the envelope and/or in the memo line of your check that your donation is designated for “Lottie Moon”

Thank you, Eagles Nest Baptist Church members, for being such a loving and generous church.
