As we prepare for the Christmas season, be reminded of the hope and peace this time brings. Isaiah 9:6 tells us: "For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace."

This verse is a reminder that our Savior came into this world to bring us peace. Amid the busyness of ministry and life in general, it’s easy to feel the weight of responsibilities. But we can find rest in knowing that our Prince of Peace stands with us, guiding our paths.

Let’s focus on the gift of hope that Christ’s birth represents. Even when our load feels heavy, we can lay it down and trust that His love will carry us through.
