New Beginnings. When we step into a new season, let us pause and reflect on the lessons learned and the opportunities that lie ahead. We give thanks for the past, for the many blessings received and for the strength, wisdom and guidance God provided in the journey that has brought us to where we are today. Let us embrace the promise of new beginnings knowing that God has a plan for us, and that He is with us every step of the way. Lord, help us to release any burdens of the past and to embrace the possibilities of the future with open hearts and minds. Trusting in The Lord, following His word, seeking His will. Let us strive to be or best selves, to serve others, and make a positive impact on the building of God’s Kingdom and working to represent Jesus to the world around us. When we wake up, we should declare things like, “This is the day the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it” Psalms 118:24. God is the God of new beginnings and if we will let Him, He will not only give us a fresh start if one is needed but can provide us a new beginning filled with blessings, growth and opportunities that we could never imagine.

How do we have faith during a season of new beginnings? We first seek God’s presence. If we panic and seek our own way we often will make the wrong decisions because they were based on fear, not on faith. When we seek God’s presence during prayer and spend time in His word it makes our faith grow. Isaiah 55:6. Seek God’s wisdom each day, don’t wait till you are in a desperate situation to ask Him for wisdom. if we look to Him every day and ask Him to give us wisdom and seek His guidance then our faith will grow. Reach out to trusted Christians for Godly counsel. Ask those who love the Lord to pray for you. Walking in faith begins with trusting The Lord. Allowing fear to control our mind and heart will keep us from trusting and walking with God. When we choose to step out and trust Him we are obeying Him even when it makes little sense to us to do so. That is the best decision we can ever make in every situation. Seek God’s peace, yes when there is change it can bring a bundle of nerves as we wait for God’s answer. Our comfort zone is typically what we know. The unknowing is difficult and for some even can be nerve wrecking. Seek The Lord, ask for peace as you wait for His answer and for the change to come to full fruition. Clarity will come, trust Him. When God gives a new beginning it starts with some sort of ending. Sometimes the ending is welcome and sometimes not but we are to be thankful for it because when one door closes God opens a new one. Look to God always And trust that His way is the right way.
